What I bring

Six things I do well

Whether it's a booth, a ballroom, or a virtual stage, I handle the full event cycle: strategy, budget, vendors, logistics, stakeholder communication, and the post-show survey that makes the next one better.

Trade show programs

Run end-to-end trade show programs, including RFPs for booth design refreshes, on-brand messaging, pre-show materials and post-show surveys.

Hybrid user conference · Owner

Launching Noteworthy, the company's first user conference

Took the inaugural Noteworthy conference from concept to launch in 2022, then ran it again in 2023 at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. I coordinated stakeholders, customers and prospects through planning and execution.

  • Built a 10-month workback plan covering budget, venue selection, program, marketing, operations and post-event evaluation
  • Delivered a hybrid format that served in-person and virtual audiences

The one-page Donor Experience Summit proposalVenue: Industry City, Brooklyn. Planned around a 175-registration goal and $1.2M pipeline maturation target.
Event proposal · 2023

A one-page business case leadership approved

Wrote the full proposal for the Donor Experience Summit, a two-day conference designed to generate and accelerate pipeline. It covered dates, attendance and pipeline targets, venue, lodging, catering, and session and workshop concepts.

  • Picked dates that kept last year's save-the-date timing and avoided competing events
  • Wrote session titles and descriptions, including an AI-in-fundraising track

HIMSS22 Long banquet table set for the private C-suite VIP dinner
Executive experience · 2022

A private C-suite dinner during HIMSS22

Produced a private dinner and panel discussion for prospects alongside the HIMSS22 trade show, giving the brand a way to reach executives beyond the booth.

  • Researched and secured an intimate venue that suited the guest list
  • Partnered with an acclaimed local chef on a five-course tasting menu built on premium local ingredients
  • Planned the design, theme and seating to start meaningful, forward-looking conversations

The Know Before You Go playbook

Created a central guide that gives each team what it needs for every phase of an event, so every staffer knows their role and responsibilities before they arrive.

  • Covers strategy and goals, messaging (elevator pitch, FAQs), booth and venue details, staffing schedules, transportation and the event app
  • Includes ancillary events: VIP brunches, CISO networking, summit panels, podcast sessions and the team dinner
2019 – 2025 Employee events: lawn games, holiday party and team off-site
Employee engagement · Internal events

Internal events that build culture

Managed every part of internal events to create collaborative, celebratory workplaces and improve the employee experience.

  • “Stress Less” day with jumbo lawn games
  • DivvyCloud holiday party with a live band
  • “Press Pause,” a quarterly virtual series on men's mental health
  • Employee off-sites focused on personal and professional growth
“My goal isn't to sell you the glasses. It's to give you the vision you need.”
